The Path to Success is Counter-intuitive and Not Obvious

Intuition: Focus on your own needs
Counterintuitive: Focus attention on others needs

Intuitive: Be the smart one or important one in a situation
CI: Let the other person be the smart or important one

Intuitive: Spend and consume what you have right now
CI: Reinvest and let compound interest to do its trick

Intuitive: Think right now
CI: Think long term

Intuitive: Save all your good ideas for important clients etc.
CI: Give away all your best stuff for free

Intuitive: Multitask
CI: Focus on one thing to completion…then next to completion

Intuitive: Stay in your comfort zone
CI: Continually lean outside it every day

Intuitive: Do everything your doing well
CI: Do one thing way better then well

Intuitive: Take advantage and grab every opportunity
CI: Let them go by and don’t get distracted off your path by them

Intuitive: React emotionally to ‘bad’ situations as they come up
CI: Proactively eradicate the problems that create these situations in the first place.

Intuitive: Let situations and problems and losses upset and get to your emotions
CI: Recognize when there is loss or friction there is all types of opportunity and a brief window of a huge learning opportunity
